About the Role

• We are looking for a data-driven Brand and Growth Marketing specialist to own and execute our end-to-end user acquisition, activation, and retention strategy across the business ecosystem.
• This role is critical to scaling our Registered User Identity (RUI) - our North Star metric, improving conversion rates, and building strong cross-platform engagement ahead of major events like the 2026 World Cup.
• You will work across multiple digital products, including sports content platforms, prediction tools, and fantasy products.
• If you’ve had some experience growing a product and want more ownership and real impact, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive user acquisition strategy across SEO, social media, and content channels
• Scale monthly traffic growth and achieve an increase in visitors in the early phases
• Optimise visitor-to-signup conversion funnels across multiple platforms
• Lead email acquisition and newsletter growth strategies across all products
• Improve cross-platform engagement (cross-pollination) between the business product suites
• Manage and optimise cost per acquisition (CPA)
• Drive organic search visibility, targeting high-ranking World Cup-related keywords
• Build and execute social media growth strategies (TikTok, Instagram, X, Facebook, Threads)
• Develop and monitor growth experiments to improve retention and engagement
• Collaborate with product, content, and engineering teams to align growth initiatives.
• Set up and optimise analytics and tracking infrastructure.
• Analyse performance metrics including:
• DAU/MAU (stickiness)
• Session duration
• Bounce rate
• Conversion rates

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• Experience in product storytelling
• Interest in sports and sports news
• Sound knowledge of AI
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, growth, or performance marketing
• Sound understanding of SEO, content marketing, or social media growth
• Some experience working with web traffic, campaigns, or user acquisition
• Comfortable working with numbers and tracking performance
• Willingness to learn, test, and improve quickly
• Able to take initiative and work with minimal supervision
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Graphic design experience

Nice to Have:

• Experience working on a startup or growing a platform
• Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics or similar
• Basic understanding of conversion optimisation or funnels
• Interest in sports, football, soccer, content platforms, and digital products
