We offer a wide variety of skin treatments, including Sublative Rejuvenation, the FotoFacial®, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, laser skin tightening, laser vein removal, laser hair removal, laser brown spot removal, laser tattoo removal, and various skincare products.

Job Description

• The Spa & Wellness Consultant is responsible for providing expert guidance on spa services, wellness programs, and lifestyle solutions to enhance client wellbeing.
• This role involves assessing client needs, recommending suitable treatments and wellness plans, and supporting the overall growth and quality of spa services.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand their wellness needs and preferences.
• Recommend appropriate spa treatments, therapies, and wellness programs.
• Design personalized wellness plans to improve relaxation, health, and lifestyle balance.
• Educate clients on self-care practices, nutrition basics, and stress management.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service experience.
• Collaborate with spa therapists and management to improve service delivery.
• Monitor wellness trends and suggest new services or improvements.
• Support marketing and promotion of spa and wellness services.
• Maintain client records and follow up on progress and satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills

• Background in wellness, health, beauty therapy, or related field.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of spa treatments and holistic wellness practices.
• Ability to assess client needs and provide tailored recommendations.
• Sales and advisory skills for promoting services and products.
• Experience in a spa or wellness environment is an added advantage.

Work Environment:

• Spa, wellness center, resort, or lifestyle health organization.

Salary
N140,000 - N200,000 per month.
