Job Title: Business Development Executive (Fashion / Garment Production)

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive revenue growth, expand market presence within the fashion, and garment production space.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, securing corporate and bulk production deals (e.g., uniforms, workwear, and branded apparel), and building long-term client relationships.
  • This role requires a strong understanding of the fashion production value chain, excellent sales skills, and the ability to convert leads into profitable business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across corporate, institutional, and retail segments
  • Generate leads and convert them into paying clients for bulk garment production (uniforms, corporate wear, event apparel, etc.)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and strategic partners
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to meet revenue targets
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts with clients
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
  • Collaborate with the production team to ensure client requirements are clearly communicated and delivered
  • Track sales performance, pipeline, and conversion rates
  • Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and client meetings
  • Provide regular reports on business development activities and revenue performance

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor's Degree with 3–5 years experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition (preferably in fashion, manufacturing, or related industries)
  • Proven track record of generating leads and closing deals
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales, especially in bulk production or service-based environments
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet revenue targets
  • Strong networking and relationship management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
