We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Technical Compliance Team

Location: Abuja (FCT), Delta
Employment Type:

Roles & Responsibilities

• Ensure proper installation, configuration, training, and quality assurance of the digital eHealth software.
• Ensure all devices (mobile, desktops, printers, etc.) are in good working condition and handle repairs when necessary.
• Resolve technical issues related to software or devices as they arise from the field.
• Document, track, and resolve issues or service requests from clients.
• Escalate complex issues to the software development team when required.

Qualifications
Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Advanced degrees (e.g., Master’s) or certifications in compliance, risk management, or information security are an added advantage.

Certifications:

• Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA).
• Certified Information Security Manager (CISM).
• Other relevant certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), or CompTIA Security+ are beneficial.

Knowledge & Skills:

• Strong knowledge of privacy-by-design principles and integration of privacy controls into technical systems and software development processes.
• Experience conducting technical risk assessments, vulnerability assessments, and penetration testing.
• Proficiency in implementing and managing technical controls such as access control, encryption, logging and monitoring, data masking, and data loss prevention (DLP).
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and security best practices (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
• Experience with identity and access management (IAM), including role-based access control (RBAC) and multi-factor authentication (MFA).
• Strong understanding of network security principles, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), and secure network architecture.
• Knowledge of secure software development practices and secure coding principles.
