Overview

• A growing real estate firm based in Anthony, Lagos is seeking a results-driven Operations Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure business efficiency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating teams, improving processes, and supporting overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily business operations across departments
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
• Coordinate activities between sales, marketing, and administrative teams
• Monitor operational performance and prepare regular reports for management
• Ensure smooth execution of real estate transactions and client service processes
• Identify process gaps and implement improvements
• Supervise staff, set performance targets, and ensure accountability
• Manage vendor relationships and operational resources

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 4 years’ experience in operations, preferably in real estate or a sales-driven environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Good understanding of real estate operations and processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Salary
N200,000 - N300,000 / Month.
