We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Farm Manager

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Descriptions

• Plan, organize, and supervise all plantation activities (planting, irrigation, fertilization, harvesting).
• Develop and implement crop production schedules.
• Monitor crop health and ensure proper pest and disease control.
• Farm hands/staff supervision
• Manage farm workers and supervisors.
• Assign daily tasks and monitor performance.
• Ensure workers follow safety and operational procedures.
• Manage farm inputs such as seed planting, fertilizers, chemicals, and equipment.
• Ensure efficient use of water, land, and machinery.
• Maintain inventory records and procurement schedules.
• Prepare budgets and monitor expenses.
• Keep accurate records of production, labor, and costs.
• Report farm performance to owners or management.
• Ensure farm machinery and tools are properly maintained.
• Oversee repairs and servicing of equipment.
• Maintain irrigation systems and farm structures.
• Ensure compliance with agricultural regulations and environmental standards.
• Implement health and safety practices on the farm.
• Monitor proper handling of agrochemicals.
• Ensure high-quality crop yield and productivity.
• Implement best agricultural practices.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Agriculture, Agronomy, or related field.
• A Master’s Degree is an added advantage.
• Proven experience in plantation/Palms Planting or farm management.
• Preferably a Male between the ages of 30 and 45 years old
• Must be willing to relocate to Oyo State
