Media Relations & PR:
Cultivate and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, and media partners to secure coverage of work and advocacy campaigns.
Draft press releases, media advisories, media statements, briefing notes, and opinion pieces, and coordinate media requests and interviews.
Monitor media coverage and prepare regular press clipping reports for leadership.

Work with department heads to ensure accurate and timely communication of organizational priorities to staff.
Assist in organizing all-staff meetings, town halls, and other internal engagement activities.
Design & Visual Content:

Ensure brand consistency across all materials and platforms.

Assist in drafting formal letters, partnership briefs, donor updates, grant communications, and event invitations and follow-ups.
Support the development of impact reports, including the 10-Year Impact Report.
