Position Overview

• We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive Officer to join our dynamic team. The Sales Executive Officer will be responsible for promoting our products and services. This role involves generating leads, educating potential customers, and closing sales.
• The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of proven experience in sales, a passion for business development, and a strong ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and market growth targets.
• Identify and approach potential residential and commercial clients.
• Promote and sell a portfolio of our products and services using various marketing materials.
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals in response to client and institutional requirements.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, competitor activities, and emerging market trends.
• Maintain accurate sales records, customer databases, and reports.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and submit activity reports to the MD.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of demonstrable experience in sales or marketing.
• Excellent communication, presentation, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team.
• Residency in Abuja and a good knowledge of the local terrain.
