Job Summary

• We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with customers, and closing sales to meet company targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals
• Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective customers
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within deadlines
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
• Keep records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions
• Stay up to date with product knowledge and market trends
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide after-sales support

Requirements and Skills

• Proven experience as a sales representative or similar role
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong ability to build relationships and close deals
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)

Working Conditions:

• May require travel to meet clients
• Flexible hours depending on client needs
• Target-driven environment

Salary
N120,000 - N300,000 per month.
