Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Service Advisor with a strong background in the automobile industry.
• The ideal candidate will serve as the key liaison between customers and the workshop team, ensuring accurate diagnosis, efficient service delivery, and excellent customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Minimum of HND / B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• 3–5 years’ experience as a Service Advisor in the automobile industry (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of vehicle systems, diagnostics, and repair processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good customer service and relationship management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced workshop environment
• Proficiency in using service management software is an added advantage.
