We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Recovery Officer

Location: Oregun Ikeja - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Follow up with clients on overdue payments through calls, messages, and emails.
• Negotiate repayment plans and ensure timely debt recovery.
• Maintain accurate records of all recovery activities.
• Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts.
• Meet and exceed assigned recovery targets.
• Provide regular reports on recovery progress.

Working Schedule:

• 6 days per week.
• Working hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM.
• Optional 2 Sundays per month (not compulsory).

Requirements & Qualifications

• Candidates should possess an OND/HND/B.Sc. in any related field with 2-4 years experience
• Previous experience in debt recovery, collections, or customer service is an advantage.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Compensation & Benefits

• N76,000 net monthly salary.
• 10,000 allowance for the two Sundays worked (if you choose to participate).
• Performance-based bonus: N40,000 - N100,000.
• N2,000 daily overtime pay.
• N2,000 daily commission (based on performance).
