Description

  • We are looking for ambitious and results-oriented Entry Level Sales Growth Associates to drive customer acquisition and revenue expansion.
  • This role is ideal for individuals eager to build a career in sales and business development.
  • You will play a key role in identifying opportunities, engaging prospects, and converting leads into paying customers while contributing to the company’s overall growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through field sales, cold calling, and referrals
  • Promote and sell company products/services to prospective customers
  • Execute customer acquisition and market penetration strategies
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business
  • Meet and exceed assigned sales and revenue targets
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and new opportunities
  • Support marketing campaigns, activations, and promotional events
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and sales activities
  • Provide regular feedback on market conditions and competitor activities.

Performance Metrics (KPIs)

  • New customer acquisition rate
  • Sales revenue generated
  • Lead conversion rate
  • Daily/weekly activity targets (calls, visits, sign-ups)
  • Customer retention and satisfaction levels.

Requirements

  • Minimum of HND / B.Sc Degree in any discipline
  • 0 - 1 year experience in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles (Fresh graduates encouraged to apply)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sales-driven mindset with a passion for growth and performance
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to work in a field-based role
  • Basic understanding of sales processes is an added advantage.
