Job Brief

• We are looking to hire a results-driven Retail Manager to oversee and grow Betgr8’s retail operations.
• The role involves managing shop performance, supporting agents, and ensuring a consistent customer experience across all retail locations.
• The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, experience in field or retail management, and the ability to track performance and drive growth.
• A good understanding of the sports betting industry and strong communication skills will be an added advantage.

What You Will Do

• Oversee and manage retail operations across assigned regions
• Drive shop onboarding, activation, and conversion
• Monitor agent performance and implement growth strategies
• Ensure compliance with operational and regulatory standards
• Execute promotional activities to boost brand visibility
• Provide performance insights and reports to management.
