Job Summary

• We’re looking for a proactive Customer Care Representative with at least 1 year of recent experience. Must be social media-savvy, skilled in CRM tools, and live within or around Ikeja due to the on-site nature of the role.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat
• Resolve issues quickly and professionally
• Log interactions using CRM systems
• Follow up on unresolved cases
• Work with internal teams to improve service delivery
• Meet service and satisfaction KPIs

Requirements

• OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree
• 1+ year recent customer service experience
• Proficiency with CRM tools
• Strong communication skills
• Lives in or near Lekki/Ojodu (mandatory)
• Pays attention to details and a fast learner.
