Job Title: Logistics Officer

Location: Ibadan, Oyo

Job Summary

• We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Officer to oversee clearing, forwarding, and shipment processes while ensuring full regulatory compliance and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate all import/export shipments (sea, air, and land) from arrival to final delivery.
• Prepare and process key documents (Form M, PAAR, Bill of Lading, Packing List, Certificate of Origin).
• Liaise with clearing agents and freight forwarders to ensure smooth and timely clearance.
• Ensure compliance with Nigeria Customs Service and regulatory bodies (NAFDAC, SON, NESREA).
• Track shipments and provide updates to internal stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate documentation and support audit requirements.
• Monitor logistics costs and identify ways to reduce delays and demurrage.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 2–4years’ experience in import/export or clearing & forwarding.
• Knowledge of Nigerian customs procedures and documentation.
• Good organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
• This is a junior role, young and experienced candidate are strongly advised to apply

Salary
N150,000 - N180,000 per month.
