Job Title: Senior Physical Planning Manager

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Overview

• Prime University is seeking a competent and experienced Senior Physical Planning Manager to oversee the planning, development, and maintenance of the University’s physical infrastructure.
• This role requires someone who can take ownership, make decisions, and ensure standards are not compromised.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise all physical development projects within the University
• Oversee maintenance of buildings, facilities, and infrastructure
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and environmental standards
• Manage contractors, vendors, and technical staff
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and improvement plans
• Advise management on infrastructure needs and long-term development strategies.

Requirements

• A Degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Technology, Architecture, or a related field
• Minimum of five (5) years’ relevant professional experience
• Strong project management and supervisory skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects without losing control of details
• High level of accountability and problem-solving ability.
