We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Admin & HR Executive

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support: Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Office Operations: Oversee day-to-day office functions, maintain organized physical and digital filing systems, and ensure office supplies/resources are well managed.
  • Finance Support: Prepare invoices, track payments, and follow up on outstanding receivables.
  • HR & Recruitment: Coordinate end-to-end recruitment including job postings, shortlisting, interviews, and onboarding of new hires.
  • Client & Database Management: Handle client communications professionally and maintain an accurate, up-to-date client and employee database.
  • Compliance: Support regulatory filings, statutory compliance, and ensure company policies are implemented and adhered to.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
  • 2–5 years experience in Administration and HR Operations/Management. Experience in a law firm is an added advantage.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information.
