Description

• We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Specialist with strong video editing skills and working knowledge of AI tools.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our social media presence, creating engaging content, and leveraging AI technologies to enhance content creation, analytics, and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals
• Create, edit, and publish high-quality video content for platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube
• Manage day-to-day social media activities including posting, scheduling, and community engagement
• Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications to improve performance
• Use AI tools to generate content ideas, automate workflows, and optimize campaigns
• Analyze performance metrics and provide insights to improve engagement and reach
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all platforms
• Plan and execute social media campaigns and promotions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
• Strong video editing skills (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro)
• Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva AI, video generation/editing tools)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Added Advantage:

• Experience running paid social media campaigns
• Graphic design skills
• Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing strategies.
