About the Role

• We are seeking a highly reliable, proactive, and committed Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant to support a Founder & CEO of a fast-growing education company. This is not a typical 9–5 role.
• The ideal candidate must be available when needed, highly organised, discreet, and able to keep up with a dynamic founder-led environment.
• This role requires someone who understands what it means to support an executive beyond office hours when necessary and can manage both professional and personal tasks seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing the CEO’s daily schedule, calendar, and appointments
• Coordinating and reminding the CEO of meetings, calls, and deadlines
• Handling travel bookings, itineraries, and logistics
• Assisting with personal and home-related errands and runs
• Managing communications, follow-ups, and basic correspondence
• Keeping track of priorities and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
• Acting as a trusted support system to the CEO across work and personal life

Requirements

• 3-5 years experience as a Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant to a CEO, Founder, or Executive
• Must live around VGC, Aja, Chevron, Orchid Road or nearby areas
• Must be physically available (this is not a remote role)
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Able to work with flexible hours and be available when needed
• Trustworthy, discreet, and emotionally intelligent
• Strong communication and time-management skills
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using phones, calendars, and productivity tools.
