Job Summary

• We are seeking a sophisticated, well-groomed, and highly knowledgeable Waitress to join our team.
• This role is for a hospitality professional who does more than just deliver drinks; you are a beverage expert and a key part of our lounge's atmosphere.
• You must possess a deep understanding of spirits and wines, communicate with elegance, and have the confidence to manage your floor independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Beverage Consultation: Act as an expert guide for guests, offering sophisticated recommendations on premium spirits (Cognac, Single Malts), wines, and signature cocktails.
• Independent Floor Management: Take full ownership of your station. You are expected to work proactively without constant supervision, ensuring guest needs are met before they ask.
• Elite Guest Engagement: Communicate clearly and professionally with high-profile clientele, maintaining a friendly yet respectful demeanor at all times.
• The "Club" Pace: Efficiently manage high-volume "bottle service" and fast-paced orders while maintaining perfect table etiquette.
• Strategic Upselling: Use your product knowledge to suggest premium upgrades and pairings, directly impacting the guest experience and venue revenue.
• Seamless Execution: Handle everything from precise order entry to quick, accurate payment processing (POS/Cash) with zero errors.

Requirements

• Alcoholic Beverage Mastery: You must have a strong working knowledge of alcohol brands, flavor profiles, and serving temperatures.
• Proven Experience: Prior experience in a high-end lounge or nightclub is highly preferred. We value candidates who understand the fast-paced "nightlife" environment.
• Exceptional Communication: Sound, polished verbal skills are essential for interacting with our diverse guest list.
• Self-Sufficient: A "can-do" attitude with the ability to multitask and solve problems on the fly without waiting for instructions.
• Professional Grooming: A high standard of personal presentation and poise is required.
• Proximity: Must reside in or around Ikeja, Ikosi, Ketu, or Magodo.
