Job Title: Project Manager – Civil Engineering Grandmaster

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

About the Role

• Deliver complex, large‑scale Joint Venture developments at exceptional speed and world‑class quality.

Key Responsibilities

• End‑to‑End Project Delivery: Own the full lifecycle of high‑rise residential, mixed‑use, and net‑zero projects from groundbreaking to handover.
• Contractor Coordination: Lead and coordinate elite local and international contractors (Siemens, Schneider, Elalan, Cappa, CCECC, ITB, etc.) to ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.
• Risk & Quality Management: Proactively manage risk, quality, and stakeholder expectations across high‑volume developments.
• Operational Excellence: Drive innovation and operational excellence in project execution, embedding best practices and cutting‑edge construction technologies.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain strong communication with JV partners, investors, regulators, and internal leadership to ensure alignment and transparency.

Profile & Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess a Master`s Degree
• Proven track record of delivering large‑scale civil engineering projects in emerging markets.
• Deep expertise in project management, construction methodologies, and JV execution.
• Strong background coordinating international contractors and engineering firms.
• Exceptional ability to manage risk, budgets, and timelines under pressure.
• Familiarity with sustainable construction practices and net‑zero building standards.
• Leadership skills to inspire multidisciplinary teams and drive results at scale.
