About the Role

• We are seeking an aggressive infrastructure leader with deep expertise in EV supercharger networks, battery storage, and mobility‑as‑a‑service.
• The EVM Lead will rapidly design, deploy, and monetize e‑mobility ecosystems across our JaaS projects while forging strategic OEM partnerships in Asia and Europe.
• This role is central to transforming every building into an energy + mobility hub, unlocking new revenue streams and creating massive differentiation.

Key Responsibilities

• Infrastructure Deployment Lead the design and rollout of EV supercharger networks, battery storage systems, and integrated mobility hubs.
• Ecosystem Monetization Develop business models that generate new revenue streams from e‑mobility infrastructure.
• Strategic Partnerships Build and manage OEM relationships in Asia and Europe to accelerate technology adoption and scale.
• Mobility‑as‑a‑Service Integration Embed EV and mobility solutions into JaaS projects, ensuring seamless customer experience and operational efficiency.
• Innovation & Differentiation Position projects as market leaders by integrating cutting‑edge EV and mobility technologies.
• Operational Leadership Drive execution with speed and precision, ensuring projects are delivered on time and at scale.

Profile & Qualifications

• Proven track record in EV infrastructure, battery storage, and mobility‑as‑a‑service.
• Experience with leading firms such as Tesla, ChargePoint, or major African mobility players strongly preferred.
• Expertise in designing and deploying large‑scale EV charging ecosystems.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to monetize infrastructure investments.
• Global partnership experience, particularly with OEMs in Asia and Europe.
• Entrepreneurial, aggressive operator with the ability to thrive in high‑stakes environments.
