We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Social Media Manager

Locations: Lagos and Rivers

Key Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy & Planning:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with Terrawood’s brand and marketing goals.
• Create and manage a content calendar across all relevant platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Identify trends, opportunities, and innovative approaches to increase brand visibility and engagement.
• Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and visual identity across all platforms.

Content Creation & Management:

• Create, curate, and publish engaging content (graphics, videos, captions, stories, reels, etc.).
• Collaborate with designers, photographers, and other creatives to produce high-quality content.
• Showcase estate features, lifestyle experiences, events, and resident stories.
• Ensure all content reflects Terrawood’s premium positioning and brand standards.

Community Engagement & Brand Management:

• Manage all social media interactions, including comments, messages, and inquiries.
• Respond promptly and professionally to audience engagement.
• Build and nurture an active online community around the Terrawood brand.
• Monitor brand sentiment and manage online reputation effectively.

Campaigns & Promotions:

• Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote events, offers, and key initiatives.
• Support marketing campaigns with targeted digital promotions.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on campaign execution.
• Track campaign performance and optimize for better results.

Analytics & Performance Tracking:

• Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions, etc.)
• Generate periodic reports with insights and recommendations.
• Use data to refine strategies and improve content effectiveness.

Brand Partnerships & Influencer Management:

• Identify and engage relevant influencers and brand partners.
• Manage collaborations to enhance brand reach and credibility.
• Ensure all partnerships align with Terrawood’s brand image.

Compliance & Digital Governance:

• Ensure all content complies with brand guidelines, policies, and regulatory standards.
• Maintain proper documentation of campaigns, approvals, and digital assets.
• Uphold ethical and professional standards in all online communications.
