Dispatch / Recovery Officer at Fort Knox Outsourcing (3 Openings)

We act as a “Third Party Service Provider” that Source, Select, and Second employment ready workforce in line with client specifications to meet their talent needs as quickly as possible!

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Dispatch / Recovery Officer

Locations: Odigbo - Ondo, Ikorodu - Lagos and Oshogbo - Osun
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver items, documents, and packages to assigned locations promptly.
• Follow up with customers for repayment of outstanding debts.
• Visit clients physically to recover overdue payments.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and recovery activities.
• Negotiate repayment plans with defaulting customers where necessary.
• Provide daily reports on deliveries and recovery progress.
• Ensure proper handling of company assets and assigned motorcycle.
• Adhere to all traffic and safety regulations.
• Escalate unresolved recoveries.

Education

• B.Sc / HND / OND at the minimum.
• Basic Knowledge in accounting, finance and mathematics
• 2 – 3 years experience in SME Loan or Merchant Lending
• Previous work Experience or training in sales (Preferred).

Salary
N175,000 per month.
