Job Summary

• They are seeking to hire a dynamic and results-driven Client Service / Sales Executive to join our growing team in Lagos.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth through advertising and sponsorship sales across our radio stations.
• This role involves engaging directly with clients and media agencies, promoting radio as an effective advertising platform, and building strong, long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will be expected to:

• Identify and secure new business opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Engage with prospects, clients, and media agencies to understand their advertising needs.
• Prepare and present compelling sales proposals and campaign solutions.
• Develop creative advertising strategies tailored to clients’ goals.
• Maintain and update client databases with relevant information, needs, and targets.
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure excellent service delivery.
• Provide regular revenue forecasts, activity updates, and performance reports.

Key Performance Indicators
Performance will be measured based on:

• Achievement of monthly sales targets.
• Number of new leads generated and converted.
• Conversion rate.
• Average time taken to close deals.
• Quality of client relationship management.

Requirements
Applicants should have:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Proven experience in a sales, client service, or client-facing role.
• 1 -2 years’ experience in media sales will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Good time-management and organizational skills.
• A resilient, self-driven, and target-oriented attitude.
• The ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
