Job Title: Experienced Professional Nanny (Live-in)

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-Time (One weekend off on a month)

Overview

• A high net worth family is seeking an experienced, professional, and highly efficient nanny to join their household. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the existing nanny to ensure seamless childcare, maintain structure, and uphold a high standard of care within the home.
• This role requires a proactive, organized individual who is confident working in a team and capable of independently managing childcare responsibilities when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate care for three children of varying ages
• Work closely with the existing nanny to ensure smooth coordination of daily routines and responsibilities
• Support children’s educational, emotional, and social development through structured activities and play
• Assist with school routines, including preparation, drop-offs/pick-ups (if required), and homework support
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of children’s bedrooms, play areas, and belongings
• Handle children’s laundry, ironing, and wardrobe management
• Prepare nutritious meals and snacks for the children
• Supervise bath time, bedtime routines, and ensure proper hygiene standards
• Accompany children to appointments, extracurricular activities, and outings
• Step in independently when required, demonstrating initiative and sound judgment
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times

Requirements

• Minimum of 5+ years’ experience as a nanny in a high net worth or formal household
• Proven experience working in a shared nanny role or team-based environment
• Strong understanding of child development and age-appropriate learning techniques
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Professional demeanor with strong communication skills
• High level of discretion, reliability, and trustworthiness
• Flexible and adaptable to changing schedules and family needs
• First Aid/CPR certification is an added advantage.

Salary
N200,000 / Month.
