We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Real Estate Marketer

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • We are looking for a results-driven Real Estate Marketer with at least 2 years of experience to join our marketing team.
  • The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a proven track record of generating high-quality leads and increasing brand visibility in the competitive property market.

Job Responsibilities

  • Business development
  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (Social Media, Email, PPC) to promote property listings.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor strategies within the real estate sector.
  • Manage the company's online presence, including website updates and SEO optimization for property keywords.
  • Coordinate professional photography, videography, and virtual tours for new listings.
  • Create engaging content for brochures, newsletters, and blog posts to educate potential buyers and investors.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance metrics (ROI, Lead Conversion) and provide regular reports.

Job Requirements

  • Education: Degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in real estate marketing or a closely related field.
  • Digital Proficiency: Hands-on experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), Meta
  • Business Suite, and Google Ads.
  • Creative Skills: Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
  • Knowledge: Understanding of real estate regulations and local market dynamics.
  • Strong copywriting and storytelling ability.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with an ability to interpret analytics
  • Project management skills with the ability to handle multiple listings simultaneously.
  • A proactive "hunter" mentality for lead generation.
