Job Title: Full-Stack WordPress Developer

Description

• We are looking for a skilled and experienced Full-Stack WordPress Developer to design, develop, customize, and maintain high-performance websites for client projects and RankReform’s internal platforms.
• The ideal candidate must be strong in both front-end and back-end WordPress development, capable of building fast, responsive, and conversion-optimized websites.
• This role is for someone who can work independently, solve technical problems, and deliver production-ready websites.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop fully functional WordPress websites from scratch.
• Customize themes and build custom themes where necessary.
• Develop and manage plugins or modify existing plugins to meet project needs.
• Handle website performance optimization (speed, SEO, mobile responsiveness).
• Fix bugs, troubleshoot issues, and maintain existing websites.
• Integrate third-party tools, APIs, and payment systems where required.
• Ensure websites are secure, scalable, and user-friendly.
• Collaborate with the design and marketing team to implement project requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent practical experience.

Applicants must have:

• Strong experience in WordPress development (front-end and back-end)
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP
• Experience with WordPress themes and plugin development/customization
• Good understanding of website performance optimization and SEO basics
• Ability to work with page builders (Elementor, WPBakery, or similar tools)
• Experience integrating APIs and third-party tools
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
