Job Title: Sport Product Sales Representative (BCE)

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

About the Role

  • As part of our expansion, we are looking for an energetic and motivated individual to join our team as a Sport Product Sales Representative (BCE)
  • We are seeking a dynamic and performance-driven Sport Sales Representative (BCE) to drive commercial growth within the sports and fitness segment.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our sports-related products and services, building strategic relationships with key stakeholders, and expanding our market presence in assigned territories.
  • This role is ideal for a passionate individual who understands the sports industry and demonstrates strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and a focus on achieving commercial excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell sports products and solutions to fitness centres, sports clubs, retailers, and other stakeholders in the sports industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and business partners.
  • Achieve set sales targets and contribute to revenue growth in the assigned territory.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and marketing activities to increase brand visibility.
  • Analyze market trends and competitors’ activities and provide strategic recommendations to management.
  • Collaborate with the BCE team to implement sales strategies and commercial initiatives.
  • Provide timely and accurate reporting on sales performance, customer feedback, and market developments.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical sales practices.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, Business Administration, Sports Management, or a related field
  • 2 - 4 years of relevant experience in sales, preferably in the sports, fitness related product, or FMCG industry.
  • Experience in leadership or team management roles within a university or other school sports club is desirable.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics within the sports and fitness sector.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.
