We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Labourer (Artisan)

Location: Lagos

Job Purpose

• The Artisans are responsible for carrying out skilled and semi-skilled construction activities in their respective trades to support project execution.
• They are required to perform assigned tasks efficiently, safely, and in compliance with approved specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.

Responsibilities

• Execute assigned construction and maintenance tasks professionally.
• Follow approved drawings, instructions, and specifications.
• Ensure proper handling and use of tools, equipment, and materials.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
• Adhere strictly to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies.
• Report defects, hazards, and material shortages to supervisors.
• Support timely completion of project activities.
• Work collaboratively with other artisans and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist artisans and site supervisors in daily construction activities.
• Load, unload, and move construction materials and equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the site.
• Support manual tasks as directed by supervisors.

Requirements

• Interested cadidates should possess an SSCE, FSLC, or NCE qualification with 5-15 years experience.
• Basic understanding of construction site operations.
• Physically fit and capable of handling manual work.
