Mentor junior analysts and stay updated on industry best practices through training and conferences.
Employee Deliverables
Passenger revenue growth %: Growth in ticket revenue vs. prior period
Revenue per available seat kilometer (RASK): Core measure of how well capacity is monetized. Improve vs. budget, route target, and prior year.
Yield (Average revenue earned per passenger kilometer/segment): Directly reflects pricing power | Improve while protecting load factor
Load factor: Seats sold as a share of seats offered | Shows demand capture and inventory effectiveness | Beat route forecast and network target
Forecast accuracy: Difference between forecast and actual bookings/revenue | Critical for pricing and inventory decisions | >90% at departure horizon, tighter by short lead time
Spoilage rate: Seats left unsold at departure | Indicates missed revenue opportunity | Reduce quarter on quarter
Ancillary revenue per passenger: Baggage, seat selection, priority services, etc. | Increases total revenue per customer
Perform any other tasks as may be assigned by Head, Commercial Planning

Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Business Administration, Aviation Management, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
5+ years of experience in revenue management, pricing, or yield management, ideally in aviation or transportation (airline experience highly desirable).
