Job Description

• We are seeking a driven and versatile Full Stack Web Developer to join our growing engineering team.
• The ideal candidate possesses a deep command of both front-end and back-end technologies—capable of architecting robust, scalable systems while crafting intuitive, pixel-perfect user interfaces.
• You will be a key driver in translating product requirements into high-performing web applications, collaborating across design, product, and infrastructure teams to deliver exceptional digital experiences from concept to deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Development: Design, build, and maintain both client-side and server-side components of web applications, taking full ownership of features from database schema to UI interaction.
• Frontend Engineering: Develop responsive, accessible, and performant user interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular), ensuring cross-browser compatibility and adherence to UI/UX design specifications.
• Backend Architecture: Build and maintain RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints, implement business logic, manage databases (relational and non-relational), and integrate third-party services and APIs.
• Database Design & Management: Design, optimize, and manage database structures across SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis) platforms to ensure data integrity, performance, and scalability.
• Code Quality & Review: Write clean, well-documented, and testable code; actively participate in code reviews to maintain engineering standards and share knowledge across the team.
• DevOps & Deployment: Collaborate with DevOps to manage CI/CD pipelines, containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) to ensure reliable and repeatable deployments.
• Technical Problem-Solving: Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across the full stack, proactively identifying bottlenecks and performance vulnerabilities before they impact users.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and QA engineers to translate wireframes and business requirements into fully functional product features.
• Security & Compliance: Implement best practices for application security, including authentication, authorization, data encryption, and protection against common vulnerabilities (OWASP standards).
• Continuous Improvement: Stay current with emerging web technologies, frameworks, and industry trends; champion improvements to the development process, architecture, and tooling.

Qualifications
Required Skills & Experience:

• Full Stack Proficiency: Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with a demonstrable portfolio of web applications built across both front-end and back-end layers.
• Frontend Mastery: Strong command of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+), with hands-on experience in at least one major framework—React, Vue.js, or Angular.
• Backend Expertise: Solid experience with server-side languages and frameworks such as Node.js (Express/NestJS), Python (Django/FastAPI), or PHP (Laravel).
• Database Management: Working knowledge of both relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and non-relational (MongoDB, Redis) databases, including query optimization and data modeling.
• API Development: Experience designing, building, and consuming RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL services.
• Version Control: Proficiency with Git-based workflows (GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket), including branching strategies, pull requests, and merge conflict resolution.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Understanding of web application security principles and OWASP guidelines.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies and project management tools (Jira, Linear, or Trello).
• Background in automated testing (Jest, Cypress, PyTest) and CI/CD pipeline configuration.
