We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Factory Manager (Plastics Recycling)

Location: Agbara, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end production processes (sorting, washing, shredding, extrusion, pelletizing).
• Ensure daily production targets for quality and quantity are achieved.
• Supervise and coordinate factory staff, including supervisors and machine operators.
• Enforce health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Oversee machine performance and coordinate preventive/corrective maintenance.
• Manage raw materials, inventory control, and wastage reduction.
• Prepare daily/weekly production and operational reports.
• Drive continuous improvement in efficiency, quality, and cost reduction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years’ experience in manufacturing/industrial operations (Nigeria experience required).
• Strong technical background in mechanical and/or electrical systems.
• Experience in inventory management and factory operations.
• Exposure to injection molding and/or plastics recycling (PET recycling is an added advantage).
• Strong knowledge of production machinery and maintenance coordination.
• Proven leadership and factory management experience.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and operational skills.
• Good understanding of HSE standards and compliance.
