Job Title: Business Development Associate

Location: Lagos 
Employment Type: Contract

Summary

• The BD Associate will be responsible for identifying and onboarding business owners (merchants) to use Flexi MFB’s Pay With Transfer solution.
• This is a field-based role that requires daily engagement with customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Approach and engage business owners in markets and commercial areas
• Educate customers on the benefits of Pay With Transfer (PWT)
• Onboard and assist merchants in opening business accounts 
• Meet daily and weekly onboarding targets.

Requirements

• No prior experience required (training will be provided)
• Must reside in Lagos
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Energetic, confident, and target-driven.

Benefits

• N90,000 monthly
• Up to N120,000 in commission
• Uncapped incentives for KPI based on performance.
