Job Summary

• We are a growing furniture manufacturing company looking for an energetic and result-driven Telesales Representative to market our professional wood panel cutting and edge banding services.

Job Responsibilities

• Call and follow up with carpenters, furniture makers, interior designers, and construction companies.
• Promote our wood cutting, CNC, and edge banding services.
• Generate new leads and convert prospects into customers.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and provide excellent customer service.
• Send quotations and follow up on orders.
• Meet monthly sales targets.
• Keep proper records of calls, inquiries, and customer feedback.

Requirements

• Previous telesales or sales experience is an advantage.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Confidence speaking with customers over the phone.
• Basic knowledge of furniture production or woodwork industry is an added advantage.
• Ability to use WhatsApp, email, and Microsoft Office tools.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.

• Attractive Salary (N100,000 - N120,000 monthly) plus commission.
