Job Description

• TalenMO, a professional recruitment and talent solutions firm dedicated to sourcing, screening, and placing top talent across various MSME industries, is currently recruiting a highly skilled Senior ML Ops to manage and optimize machine learning infrastructure and deployment pipelines for exciting international AI projects.

Job Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable ML infrastructure and deployment pipelines.
• Manage end-to-end machine learning lifecycle processes, including model training, testing, deployment, monitoring, and optimization.
• Collaborate with AI Engineers, Data Scientists, and DevOps teams to streamline model integration into production environments.
• Automate ML workflows and CI/CD pipelines to improve efficiency and reliability.
• Monitor model performance, system reliability, and infrastructure health across environments.
• Optimize cloud-based infrastructure for scalability, security, and cost efficiency.
• Implement version control, model governance, and reproducibility best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve deployment, performance, and infrastructure-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with security, data protection, and operational standards.
• Stay up to date with emerging ML Ops tools, technologies, and industry best practices.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members where required.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 6 years experience.
