We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: HR Officer

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time (Onsite)

Job Responsibilities

• Manage daily HR routine work, staff attendance and employee profile files 
• Complete full cycle recruitment, resume screening, interview arrangement and employee onboarding
• Assist and prepare for headhunting and high-end talent sourcing business
• Collect local candidate resources and build up company talent pool 5. Follow up mid and senior level candidates and maintain long-term talent connection
• Cooperate with talent background check and recruitment arrangement
• Keep all company business and talent information strictly confidential.

Job Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 1-3 years working experience in Nigeria local HR field
• Candidates with headhunting or talent sourcing experience are highly preferred
• Candidate who can speak both English and Chinese language is highly preferred
• Familiar with Lagos local job market and recruitment channels
• Honest, careful, reliable, strong communication and execution skills
• Full time on site, strictly follow company rules and red line policy.

Salary
N160,000 - N260,000 / Month.
