Job Summary

• We are seeking a skilled and experienced Coil Roll Machine Operator to operate and maintain coil rolling machines used in production processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient machine operation, product quality, and adherence to safety standards within the manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate coil roll machines in accordance with production schedules and specifications.
• Set up machines, adjust rollers, and ensure proper alignment for smooth operations.
• Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments during production.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards and accurate dimensions are achieved.
• Identify and troubleshoot machine faults or operational issues.
• Carry out routine cleaning, lubrication, and preventive maintenance of equipment.
• Ensure proper handling and loading of raw materials into the machine.
• Maintain production records, downtime reports, and maintenance logs.
• Adhere strictly to workplace safety and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND / Technical Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Production Technology, Industrial Maintenance, or related field.
• Must have 3–5 years’ proven experience operating coil roll machines or similar industrial production equipment.
• Good understanding of machine operations, production processes, and equipment maintenance.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and production specifications.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work shifts when required.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in manufacturing or factory production environments.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets.
