We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Own and execute Regent's digital marketing strategy across Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook
• Create and direct high-quality content, visuals, video, and copy, that reflects a premium brand standard
• Plan and manage a content calendar aligned with project launches, listings, and key commercial milestones
• Run and optimise paid social campaigns on Meta and LinkedIn focused on lead generation and brand visibility
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure digital activity directly supports the buyer and investor pipeline
• Monitor performance metrics and use data to continuously sharpen content and campaign strategy
• Manage brand voice and visual consistency across all digital touchpoints
• Respond to inquiries and comments professionally and in line with the Regent brand standard

What We Are Looking For

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 3 years of digital marketing experience
• Experience in luxury real estate, premium lifestyle, or high-ticket brand marketing strongly preferred
• Proven ability to independently run and optimise paid campaigns on Meta and LinkedIn
• Strong creative eye with the ability to produce and direct content that feels intentional and premium
• Excellent writing skills with a sharp sense of brand voice and tone
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Suite, or equivalent content creation tools
• Solid understanding of analytics and the ability to turn data into clear, actionable decisions
• Self-driven and highly organised, able to manage multiple streams simultaneously without being micromanaged
• A portfolio demonstrating the quality and range of your work is mandatory.

Salary
N250,000 - N300,000 / Month.
