Job Summary

• We are seeking a skilled IT Engineer to join our team, responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimising our organisation's IT infrastructure, with a focus on hospitality systems.

Responsibilities

• Network administration (LAN/WAN, routers, switches)
• Server management (Windows/Linux)
• System administration (Active Directory, Group Policy)
• Troubleshooting hardware/software issues
• Experience with PMS (Property Management Systems), OTA (Online Travel Agencies), and POS (Point of Sale) systems
• Collaborate with teams for project implementation
• Ensure data security and backup best practices

Requirements

• B.Sc / HND in Computer Science/IT or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in IT, hospitality/hotel.
• Network+ / CompTIA certifications are a plus.
• Experience with PMS (IDs, or Fidelio, Opera), OTA (booking, Expedia), and POS systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills.
