We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: IT Intern

Location: Asokoro, Abuja (FCT)

Job Summary

• The IT intern will be responsible for assisting in the design, implementation, and maintenance of our information technologyinfrastructure.
• They will work closely with the experienced IT leadto ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of the ERP systems.
• The intern will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy and manageapplications and services, monitor and optimize Internetperformance, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, and stay up-to-date with the latest informationtechnologies and best practices.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy and manage ERPapplications and services.
• Monitor and optimize internetinfrastructure performance, identifying and resolving any issues or bottlenecks.
• Support with the scanning and uploading of files into drive
• Support with transition process of hard copy files to soft copy file
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to the organization's internetinfrastructure.
• Assist in evaluation of new technologies

Experience and qualifications

• A recent graduate or NYSC Corp member with an IT-related background or degree
• Bsc, HND, OND
• Understanding of computing concepts and principles
• Familiarity with cloud platform
• Familiarity in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or similar tools
• Basics of networking concepts and protocols
• Proven ability to manage complex schedules and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• High degree of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace
