Job Summary

• As a Business Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping our strategy, driving operational efficiency, and expanding our market reach.
• You will lead a team, manage key financial performance indicators, and develop partnerships that accelerate business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with financial regulations.
• Develop and execute business strategies to drive portfolio growth and client acquisition.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
• Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities for expansion.
• Drive financial performance, risk management, and sustainable business practices.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum OND in any discipline
• Proven experience in microfinance, banking, or financial services.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent business development and strategic planning abilities.
• Knowledge of financial products, credit risk, and regulatory frameworks.
• Passion for financial inclusion and economic empowerment.

Remuneration & Benefits

• Competitive salary: N120,000 - N250,000 / month
• Health insurance
• Bonus on target.
