Job Summary

• We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketer who understands how to turn marketing spend into measurable business growth.
• This role is for someone who can think strategically, execute aggressively, and optimize relentlessly across paid digital channels.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, launching, managing, and scaling high-performing campaigns across multiple platforms while maintaining strong ROI and customer acquisition performance.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute paid marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
• Drive customer acquisition, lead generation, conversions, and revenue growth.
• Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize based on data insights.
• Conduct A/B testing across creatives, audiences, landing pages, and funnels.
• Track KPIs including CAC, ROAS, CTR, CPL, conversion rates, and retention metrics.
• Collaborate with design, content, product, and sales teams to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Build performance reports and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Stay ahead of platform trends, algorithm changes, and emerging growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Proven track record of managing and scaling paid campaigns successfully.
• Deep understanding of digital funnels, attribution, retargeting, and conversion optimization.
• Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Hotjar, etc.
• Strong analytical thinking and reporting skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Years of Exp: 4+ experience in Performance Marketing or Growth Marketing.

Salary
N400,000 / month.
