The company operates within the Nigerian real estate industry and is structured to support both residential and commercial real estate opportunities.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Admin Officer

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • The Administrative Officer is responsible for ensuring the smooth daily operations of the company by managing administrative processes, office coordination, documentation, communication, logistics, and support services.
  • The role supports all departments to maintain efficiency, professionalism, and operational effectiveness within the real estate company.

Key Responsibilities
Office Administration:

  • Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative activities.
  • Ensure the office environment is organized, clean, functional, and professional.
  • Monitor office supplies and coordinate procurement when necessary.
  • Maintain proper filing systems for physical and digital documents.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.

Documentation & Record Keeping:

  • Maintain accurate records of staff files, property documents, agreements, and operational records.
  • Organize company files for easy retrieval and confidentiality.
  • Prepare reports, memos, letters, and internal communications.
  • Assist in document preparation for inspections, land allocations, client meetings, and transactions.

Logistics & Operations Coordination:

  • Coordinate staff movement, meetings, site inspection schedules, and logistics.
  • Manage office utilities and vendor relationships.
  • Track company assets and administrative inventory.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodation when required.

Customer & Front Desk Support:

  • Attend to walk-in clients professionally.
  • Handle phone calls, inquiries, and official emails.
  • Direct clients and visitors appropriately.
  • Ensure excellent customer service experience at all touchpoints.

Compliance & Confidentiality:

  • Ensure administrative processes comply with company policies.
  • Safeguard confidential company and client information.
  • Support management in enforcing office procedures and standards.

Team Support:

  • Provide administrative support to sales, HR, marketing, and operations teams.
  • Assist during company events, training, inspections, and meetings.
  • Take meeting minutes and follow up on assigned action points.

Educational Qualification

  • Minimum of HND/B.Sc. in:
    • Business Administration
    • Public Administration
    • Office Technology Management
    • Management Sciences
    • Mass Communication
    • Or any related discipline.

Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1–3 years administrative experience.
  • Experience in the real estate industry is an added advantage.
  • Prior experience in office coordination, customer service, or operations support is preferred

Required Skills & Competencies
Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to manage records and documentation efficiently.
  • Knowledge of office administration procedures.
  • Basic report writing and data management skills.
  • Email and calendar management proficiency.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking ability.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Time management and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Problem-solving and initiative.
  • Professionalism and discretion.
  • Ability to work under pressure.

Salary
N120,000 - N150,000 per month.
