Summary

• We are seeking a Clinical/Sales Field Officer to support healthcare professionals with product usage, drive business growth, and strengthen customer relationships within the medical sector.
• The ideal candidate should be confident in both clinical engagement and sales support activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Support healthcare professionals with product training and education
• Assist with product demonstrations and provide in-theatre support where required
• Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, surgeons, hospitals, and procurement teams
• Provide clinical and sales support to existing customers
• Conduct regular field visits to healthcare facilities and clients
• Monitor customer feedback and market trends to support business growth
• Ensure excellent customer experience and post-sales support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a Health-related field, Biological Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, or a related discipline
• Previous experience in medical sales, clinical support, or healthcare marketing is an advantage
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to engage confidently with healthcare professionals and decision-makers
• Sales-driven mindset with strong relationship management abilities
• Willingness to travel frequently within Abuja and surrounding areas
• Good organizational and reporting skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
