Job Summary

• Our client is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Content Creator to develop engaging visual and digital content that promotes the brand, properties, and real estate services.
• The ideal candidate should be skilled in creating compelling content that drives audience engagement, generates leads, and strengthens the company’s online presence. Also most be good in making research and be outspoken as well.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality video and visual content for property listings, real estate campaigns, and brand storytelling
• Edit videos for social media, advertisements, and marketing campaigns
• Develop engaging content around real estate investments, lifestyle, luxury living, and property trends
• Produce short-form and long-form content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and X
• Cover property tours, client testimonials, site inspections, and promotional events
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to execute content strategies
• Maintain a clean, professional, and modern editing style aligned with the company’s brand identity
• Stay updated on social media trends and create content that increases engagement and visibility

Requirements

• Degree in Media, Film, Multimedia, Mass Communication, or related field
• 3–5years of experience in content creation, video production, anddigital media
• Ability to make good research in real estate is a must
• Strong portfolio showcasing real estate, lifestyle, or brand-focused content
• Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, Canva, etc.
• Strong storytelling, video editing, and visual composition skills
• Understanding of social media trends, analytics, and audience engagement
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
• Experience in real estate content creation is an added advantage.

Salary
N300,000 - N500,000 monthly.
