We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Logistics Officer

Location: Asaba, Delta
Employment Type: Full-time
Reports To: Admin Manager

Field-Based (Sites) / Office Role Objective

• To ensure seamless transportation for site inspections, maintain the physical integrity of all company estates, and manage the company’s mobile and physical assets.

Key Responsibilities
Site Inspection Coordination:

• Transport Management: Safely transport potential clients and independent marketers (REDBOs) from the office or designated pickup points to the estate locations.
• Tour Guiding: Act as the physical guide on-site, pointing out beacons, estate boundaries, and planned infrastructure (roads, gatehouses, etc.).
• Scheduling: Synchronize with Customer Service to ensure vehicles and personnel are ready for all booked inspections.

Estate & Asset Maintenance:

• Site Security: Regularly visit all company estates to ensure there are no encroachments or unauthorized activities.
• Boundary Management: Ensure that beacons are visible, site signboards are standing and clean, and the "face" of the estate is presentable for clients.
• Fleet Management: Responsible for the routine maintenance, fueling, and cleanliness of all company vehicles.

Allocation & Technical Liaison:

• Physical Allocation: Assist the surveyor during the physical allocation of plots to new clients, ensuring the client finds their exact coordinate.
• Liaison: Act as the point of contact for site workers, security guards, and local community relations (where applicable).

Inventory & Reporting:

• Field Logs: Maintain a daily log of vehicle mileage, fuel consumption, and the number of clients taken to site.
• Status Reports: Provide weekly photos/video updates of site progress to the Media Rep and Admin Manager.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Inspection Success Rate: Ensuring 100% of scheduled inspections take place on time without transport delays.
• Asset Care: Zero breakdowns due to neglected maintenance; vehicles must be clean for every client visit.
• Site Integrity: Reporting any boundary or beacon issues within 24 hours of discovery.
• Professionalism: Maintaining a 100% positive feedback rating from clients regarding site conduct and safety.
