Job Objective / Summary

• The Reporting & Data Services Analyst is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining accurate and timely reports, dashboards, and data services to support business decision-making.
• The role ensures data integrity, availability, and consistency across enterprise reporting systems.

Responsibilities 

• Develop and maintain standard and ad-hoc business reports and dashboards
• Extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple systems for reporting purposes
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of organizational data
• Support business units with data insights for decision-making
• Design and optimize reporting tools and data models
• Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort
• Maintain data warehouse and reporting systems
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to define reporting requirements
• Monitor data quality and resolve reporting discrepancies
• Ensure compliance with data governance and regulatory standards

Job Requirement
Education and Experience
Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
• Certifications in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or SQL tools are an advantage

Experience:

• 3–5 years in data reporting, business intelligence, or data analytics role
• Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and SQL databases
• Experience in financial services or regulated industry is an added advantage

Knowlwdge / Skills / Competencies:

• Data reporting and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, SQL-based reporting tools)
• Database management systems (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, etc.)
• Data warehousing concepts and ETL processes
• Data governance, data quality, and reporting standards
• Business intelligence and analytics concepts

Skills / Competence:

• Strong SQL querying and data manipulation skills
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and data accuracy
• Report and dashboard development
• Communication and stakeholder engagement
• Ability to interpret complex data into actionable insights
• Time management and ability to handle multiple reporting requests
