The Corporate Sales Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and converting new business opportunities.

The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding the company’s client base, strengthening market presence, and supporting overall business growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Opportunity Identification:
Conduct market research to identify potential clients, target sectors, and emerging business opportunities.
Generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, events, and digital platforms.
Maintain a strong sales pipeline and prioritize opportunities based on strategic value and revenue potential.
Client Engagement & Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
Conduct needs assessments and develop tailored solutions to address client challenges.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the sales cycle.
Proposal Development & Presentations:
Prepare high-quality proposals, quotations, and business presentations tailored to client requirements.
Deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations to key stakeholders and decision-makers.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proposed solutions are practical, profitable, and aligned with company capabilities.
Negotiation & Deal Closure:
Lead negotiations and secure mutually beneficial agreements.
Close deals and secure contracts in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
Ensure timely follow-up and maintain accurate documentation of sales activities.
Market Analysis & Reporting:
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to support strategic decision-making.
Track sales performance and prepare reports with actionable insights for management.
Identify opportunities for service improvement and new business offerings.
Collaboration & Team Support:
Work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to enhance client solutions and align business strategies.
Mentor and support junior sales team members where applicable.
Share best practices and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of five (5) years of active experience in business development or sales within the consulting or service industry.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics software.
