Job Title: Marketing / Media Officer

Location: Gbagada, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities
Qualified Candidates will be expected to the following task:

• Develop comprehensive marketing strategies.
• Create, produce, and disseminate marketing materials.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity.
• Organize and initiate all field marketing activities, B2B relations, presentations and cold calling of would-be clients.
• Develop and execute comprehensive digital communication strategies.
• Explore AI and other tech tools to create compelling content (articles, blogs, newsletters, and multimedia materials).
• Design visual products, including posters, brochures, infographics, and short-form videos/reels.
• Manage all social media platforms (Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube), ensuring regular, high-quality posts and active audience engagement.
• Manage website content to ensure it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized (SEO).
• Plan, run, and optimize paid campaigns (e.g., Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Search).
• Oversee digital marketing campaigns from concept stage to final evaluation.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of digital strategies.
• Provide monthly/campaign-wise performance reports to management.
